Ich wollte meinen Handyvertrag verlängern, das geht online natürlich am schnellsten und man bekommt auch noch bessere Konditionen, als wenn man das im Laden macht.
Also schau ich bei meinem Netzanbieter rein, lege dort ein
Kundenkonto an und seh mich mal um, was ich denn als nächstes gerne für ein Handy hätte.
Nach zehn Minuten steht fest, mit welchem Handy ich die nächsten zwei Jahre mein Leben teilen will, abschließend noch bestätigen und... ...ups die wollen mein persönliches Kundenkennwort wissen. Das Kennwort mit dem ich mich bei denen einlogge ist es auf jeden Fall nicht.
In den FAQ ist selbst nach 45 Minuten intensiver Suche nichts zu finden.
Also ruf ich eben mal schnell bei der Hotline an. Die freundliche Dame am Telefon erklärt mir, daß ich das Kennwort damals beim Vertragsabschluß gewählt habe, das steht ganz oben auf dem Durchschlag, den ich bekommen habe.
Also krame ich meinen Vertrag raus, aber dort wo das Kennwort stehen sollte ist leider nur ein leeres Feld zu sehen.
Langsam erinnere ich mich, dass der Herr, bei dem ich den Vertrag ausgefüllt hatte zu mir gesagt hat, dass ich dieses Feld leer lassen solle, das Kennwort braucht man nur wenn man das alles online abschließt.
Gut, nochmal bei der Hotline angerufen und das Problem geschildert. Ergebnis: ich soll mir auf der Seite meines Anbieters das Formular runterladen, mit dem ich mein persönliches Kennwort beantragen kann.
Alles klar, nach etwas Stöberei find ich auch das Dokument und druck mir das schnell aus. Aha, das geht also per Post - Ident - Verfahren, also muß ich mit diesem Antrag zur Post gehen, dort nachweisen dass ich tatsächlich der bin, der den Vertrag unterzeichnet hat und ab damit per Einschreiben an meinen Mobilfunkbetreiber.
Nun streichen die Wochen ins Land und eines Tages kommt ganz unerwartet, weil inzwischen vergessen, ein Brief ins Haus, in dem mir mitgeteilt wird, dass ich ab nun ein persönliches Kundenkennwort habe.
Also wieder einloggen und das Handy auswählen, diesmal weiß ich ja schon, welches ich gerne hätte.
Schade, mein Wunschhandy ist leider nicht mehr lieferbar, jetzt muß ich mir ein anderes raussuchen. also mach ich das, bestätige das ganze und gebe zum Abschluß mein neues Kennwort ein und schon halte ich das Gerät meiner Wahl vier Werktage später in den Händen.
Früher mußte man dafür in einen Laden gehen und dort auch noch mindestens zehn Minuten warten, da bin ich schon froh, dass man sich so viel Zeit sparen kann,wenn man solche Dinge schnell online erledigen kann!!!

Weißt ja eh, dass ich Deine Geschichten liebe!
Wie wahr, wie wahr, da können wir wahrscheinlich alle ein Lied davon singen!
Trotzdem kann ich mich köstlich amüsieren!
So was ähnliches habe ich bei denen mit dem großen "T" auch schon erlebt.
Irgendwann vor 2-3 Jahren habe ich mich mal für das damals noch ganz neuen Online-Kundencenter angemeldet und auch ein Startpasswort generiert bekommen (so mit Groß- und Kleinbuchstaben, Zahlen und Sonderzeichen)
Als ich mich nach längerer Abwesenheit mal wieder - mit dem nicht geänderten generierten Startkennwort - einloggen wollte, bekam ich eine nette Meldung, dass man entschlossen hat die Kennwortregeln zu ändern, und Sonderzeichen und Umlaute nicht mehr zuzulassen...
Tolle Wurst...
Ich durfte dann mir auch ein neues Kennwort generieren (und per Post als Einschreiben zustellen) lassen.
Als es dann nach zwei Wochen kam, wusste ich allerdings nicht mehr, was ich ursprünglich im Kundencenter eigentlich erledigen wollte.....
Aber gut, dass man alles so schön schnell erledigen kann ...
