Nachdem mein Wecker mich unsanft aus meinen Träumen befördert hat quäle ich mich aus meiner kuschlig warmen Mikrofaserbettwäsche, schmeiß mich in meinen Wohlfühlmikrofaserbademantel und schleppe mich in Richtung Badtür.
Dort erst mal eine heiße Dusche um wach zu werden.
Doch welches Duschbad soll ich nehmen?
Das mit Schoko - Birne - Aroma oder doch lieber
das mit Guarana - Kügelchen drin zum wach werden?
Allerdings steht auch noch das Duschgel mit Apfel - Zimt - Lebkuchen - Note
hier und das sollte ja bis zum Frühjahr weg, Weihnachten ist
schließlich längst vorbei. Ich entscheide mich dann aber
für die Guarana - Kügelchen, sonst habe ich wohl kaum eine Chance,
den Tag durchzustehen!
Jetzt noch die ganzen Haare aus dem Gesicht machen, ich seh ja aus wie Rübezahl!!! Mit meinem Nassrasierer der als Namen eine Geschwindigkeitsangabe aus dem Flugverkehr besitzt natürlich kein großer Aufwand. Allerdings drängt sich mir die Frage auf, ob es eigentlich Flugzeuge gibt, die so schnell fliegen können wie mein Rasierer.
Beim Anziehen fällt mir auf, daß mein Deodorant das Pflegevitamin enthält. Ich kann mich nicht daran erinnern, dass im Schulunterricht Biologie jemals das Pflegevitamin zur Sprache gekommen wäre, wird wohl an meinen damaligen Biologielehrern liegen.
Um den Kreislauf auf Trab zu bringen soll man morgens ja erst
mal ein Glas Wasser auf nüchternen Magen trinken, hab ich
mal im medizinischen Fachteil der Lieblingsfrauenzeitschrift
meiner Freundin gelesen.
Um die Wirkung noch zu steigern habe ich mir eine Kiste
von dem Wasser mit 16-fachen Sauerstoffgehalt gekauft,
da sollte jeder Rest von Müdigkeit dahin sein, falls
die Guarana - Dusche nicht das hält, was sie verspricht.
Die Theorie: wenn man das trinkt sollte ja eigentlich
auch ohne Atmung genug Sauerstoff ins
Blut gelangen, nichts liegt näher, als das mal auszuprobieren.
Den Selbstversuch muß ich allerdings nach 40 Sekunden
wegen akuter Atemnot abbrechen.
In Zukunft werde ich das Wasser zum Blumen gießen verwenden, vielleicht
kann der Fikus mit dem vielen Sauerstoff mehr anfangen als ich.
Aber nun kann es losgehen mit dem Frühstück. Auf den Kaffee verzichte ich
aber lieber aus Rücksicht auf die anderen Mietparteien im Haus,
da der Duft dieses köstlichen Pulvers beim Aufbrühen laut Werbung
alle Personen in meiner Nähe wecken würde und was noch viel
schlimmer ist, die stehen dann bei mir vor der Tür und wollen auch was
abhaben.
Dann gibts halt Tee, ist überhaupt viel gesünder und dazu eine Scheibe
Brot mit dem leckeren Aufstrich, der auch unsere Nationalmannschaft
und andere Sportgrößen nach vorne (?) bringt.
Beim Verzehr eines Joghurts mit lebenden Kulturen (ist sowas nicht überhaupt verboten?!?) ereilen mich dann aber Gewissensbisse, so daß ich den Rest des Becherinhalts seitdem mit Essensresten füttere und mit dem Pflegevitamin einsprühe, vielleicht entwickelt sich ja mal eine höhere Lebensform daraus, wer weiß?!?
